India Salon

The Art Kitchen brings you food as a meditative concept. The participants are taken through a journey of smell, texture and taste of food organically grown by farmer, yogi and artist Tinu Verghis. In the act of eating, the participants are requested to cook together and eat with their hands while enjoying the meditative state and smelling and feeling the texture of the food to activate their prana.
